Privacy policy
Effective from 30 October 2026.
This page explains what happens to your data when you visit aoristudio.pl or write to us through the contact form. We keep it short and concrete.
Who the data controller is
The data controller is Maciej Jagodziński, running a sole proprietorship under the name Āori, [ADRES], Poland, tax ID (NIP) [NIP].
For anything related to personal data, write to kontakt@aoristudio.pl.
What data we collect and why
When you send the contact form, we receive your full name, hotel name, email address, phone number and message (if you give them). We use them only to reply to your inquiry and to arrange a conversation or a demo.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to kontakt@aoristudio.pl. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before.
When you email us directly, we process the data from your message for the same purpose, based on our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry data for as long as the conversation lasts, and then for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless we sign an agreement. In that case the terms of the agreement and the law (for example tax law) apply.
Who processes data for us
We do not sell data or pass it on for marketing. We use two service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Render (hosting of the website and the application): servers in the European Union, in Frankfurt.
- Google Workspace (email at kontakt@aoristudio.pl): Google Cloud EMEA Limited. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Cookies and statistics
aoristudio.pl uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising pixels. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third parties.
Your browser only remembers in session storage (sessionStorage) that the welcome animation has already been shown. This never leaves your device and disappears when you close the tab.
Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs (including IP address and time of visit) to protect the site from abuse. The form also limits the number of messages from one IP address per hour.
The application demo at demo.aori.studio uses a single technical session cookie to keep each visitor’s demo data separate. All data in the demo is fictional.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- have your data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
To use these rights, write to kontakt@aoristudio.pl. We will reply without undue delay, and within one month at the latest.
Do you have to give us your data
Giving your data is voluntary, but without your name and email address we cannot reply. We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile.
